1. Spread of toxicity, racism and hate: These are so common to spread on the internet and people take it as lightweight jokes, memes and funny. They knew it these topics are so sensitive to talk about but still we have normalised it so much. Especially, In India we discriminate our own people saying Chinese, black and from other country just because of their color, caste, creed, profession and even region. We make our prejudice just by seeing someone’s face only.

2. Misinformation: The most darkest side of social media that people believe everything they saw online without even double verifying the facts. They just think if its online its a true news and start to spread information without any reference. Fake news is just so normal that we took it as a silly joke but deep down its just a way to spread something far more dangerous.

3. Addiction and Abuses: Social media is highly addictive and can waste your time without your knowledge. This is also a platform where people are sharing content which is not suitable for all. Also abuses has been increased online so much that the platform we thought was safe isn’t safe anymore. Child abuse, bad mouthing, cursing, defaming and body shaming has been increased.

4. Privacy is not private anymore: Privacy means our personal information is safe and secure and can’t be access by any third person. But now everything is online and showing the personal life online is a content to earn money. But unknowingly they are sharing and showing their every single personal details to the thieves who can use it incorrectly. Digital theft is so now so much active these days and they hack your id and ask money from your close friends.
